2009 Kia Spectra EX has extreme vibration in steering wheel from ~70mph to ~100mph?

The car has gotten new tires since the problem started, as well as tire rotation, 4-wheel alignment and all 4 wheels have been balanced. The camber has also been checked and adjusted to spec on all 4 wheels. The strange part is the vibration is more in the rear than the front from inside the car, though the steering wheel starts shaking like it would on a car with warped rotors braking hard. Google has failed me on finding an answer, hopefully somebody here can take a stab at it.

At 100mph the shaking disappears completely. The "sweet" spot is 75mph.|||Yeah, it's called 'high speed wobbles", motorcycles get it too, It starts around 73 and by 100 its completely gone too.
