i will not use colours i will have 4 parts
im having trouble about how to spin the arrow at the middle of the wheel
what things do i need to make it spin
ok tnx|||They're called well, i can't remember but I'll explain them. Theyr'e made from brass, have a small round flat button on one end, the other has 2 long flat thingys that you can split. So.. you make your wheel, make a bottom to it, put a hole in the middle, insert one of the thingys, flip it over, spread the 2 long parts and viola, it will spin. Hope that helps, go to a craft store, they can show you what i mean.
