Can I change my all wheel drive to part time 4 wheel drive without taking out the front drive shaft?|||depending on the vehicle , most will not drive |||yes. you only need to disconnect the computer, add a transfer case, put on a longer front driveshaft and a shorter rear one. you may also need to add hubs.|||Seriously? We're supposed to come up with an answer to that with absolutely no clue as to what you drive except that it's AWD?
Most of the time, no. But for some vehicles, there are part-time kits available. If I had some idea of what your vehicle was, maybe I could help more.
