92 Jeep Cherokee 4 wheel drive standard trans. won't get out of reverse?

I put and new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing in my jeep, I also, replaced the clutch master cylinder. When I parked the vehicle to replace the parts the trans was doing fine. After I replaced the parts and I cranked the vehicle to test drive it. I realized no matter what gear its in, its locked into reverse. Any help here?|||1. clutch is not disengaging


2. bent shifting fork


3.sync ring is gone


4. if hydraulic clutch check the fluid


try to shift out of gear with motor off if that wont work have a friend rock the car back and forth and try again.
