How can I get my steering wheel to look like this?

Ok, I own a 2008 V6 mustang, and my steering wheel looks like this :

How do I get the aluminum parts on the wheel, instead of having that flexible ruber crap.|||Both links work.





You'll have to buy a new steering wheel. Talk to a Ford dealer about pricing.|||You need to fix the url to the second picture, it isn't working right, but just by looking at it, looks like it is a different steering wheel.
