2004 ford f-150 4 wheel drive actuator?

i was wondering if someone knows of a website where i can get instructions on installing this piece, i have some mech backround just dont know how involved this part is to replace|||I would go to ebay and buy a Ford service manual dvd it will cost between 10-30 dollars but it has every shop manual made for your truck on a dvd you can view and print the pages great source of info at a low price|||If you don't have a repair manual, you can get it at your library and copy out what you need..
