I have a 04 Jeep Liberty. The part time light will not go off. The 4 wheel drive level is down, what do I do?

Replace the 4WD Indicator Switch. Common problem on this vehicle. Had one in the shop the other day with the same problem. The switch that tells the light to come on is malfunctioning. The 4WD itself works fine.
